The RS/6000 Model C20 compact server features a 120MHz PowerPC 604* microprocessor
and is binary compatible with the RS/6000 family of systems. This server
configuration extends the use of PowerPC* technology in the RS/6000 family
with higher performance, expandability, and configuration flexibility.
The Model C20 also includes 16MB of memory, a 2.2GB SCSI-2 disk, a 2.88MB
diskette drive, a CD-ROM drive, and an integrated SCSI-2 controller. Standard
ports/connectors are provided for external attachment of SCSI or SCSI-2
devices, serial and parallel devices, keyboard, tablet and mouse. In addition,
a pluggable 1MB Level 2 (L2) cache memory option is available for applications
requiring an increase in performance.
