The 7207-315 is IBM's latest enhancement to the 7207 1/4-inch family
of tape drives. It provides an excellent migration path from other 1/4-inch
tape technologies with up to 13 GB (26 GB typically with compression)
storage capacity per cartridge and a data transfer rate of 1.5 MB/sec
native (3 MB/sec typically with compression), using linear recording technology.
